Text message policy

Last updated October 28, 2026.

If you give us your mobile number on a loan request and agree to receive texts, we and the lenders or partners who receive your request may send you text messages about that request, such as a status update, a link to review an offer or a reminder to finish an application.

Consent is not required

You do not have to agree to text messages to send a request or to get a loan. You can choose other ways to be contacted.

How often

Message frequency varies with your request. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

How to stop texts

Reply STOP to any message to stop texts from that sender. You will get one confirmation message. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected]. A lender that texts you directly has its own opt-out; replying STOP to its message stops its texts.

Privacy

We do not sell your mobile number for unrelated marketing. How we share request information is described in our privacy policy. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
