Accessibility
Last updated October 28, 2026.
We want everyone to be able to use this site, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or voice control.
What we do
- We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA.
- Pages use real headings, labels on form fields, text alternatives for images and enough color contrast.
- The site works with a keyboard alone and respects reduced-motion settings.
- Calculators run in your browser and can be used without a mouse.
Third-party content
The loan request form on our apply page is provided by a partner, and the map on our city pages comes from Google. We ask our partners to keep these accessible, but we do not control them fully.
Tell us about a problem
If something on this site is hard to use, email [email protected] with the page address and what happened. We will reply within two business days and, where we can, help you complete your request another way.
